These hold my silicone tubing in place way better than plain tape ever did. Wrapping it snug around the strap stopped the slipping I kept fighting with before, and six rolls means I'm not rationing them.

Second wrap with these and the tube finally stays secure through a full workout—the grip is noticeably better than the plain straps I was using. The extra cushioning also makes the whole setup feel less pinchy under pressure.
