แท่งยืด 0.5 นิ้ว/1.25 ซม. (ชุด 2 ชิ้น)

Half an inch sounds tiny but these little bars made all the difference once I hit a plateau, letting me add just a bit more tension without overshooting. The set of two is handy too, since I could keep one spare in the case.

These tiny 0.5 inch bars finally let me dial in that last bit of tension without skipping a notch. The set of two is handy since I can keep one as a spare when the other wears out. Definitely the fine-tuning step I was missing.

I was stuck at the last adjustment level for weeks, but swapping in these 0.5-inch bars gave me just the right amount of extra tension to finally progress without cranking up the device too harshly. The set of two is handy since I can use them on both sides for a balanced stretch.
