6 pack of Cohesive Gauzes. The gauze increases both protection and the securing of the strap or silicone tube. Reduces slipping, and increases grip and comfort. The Cohesive Gauze should be wrapped 2-3 times around the back of the glans, and the strap should be placed right on top of it. 1 roll is enough for 4-6 uses.
Second wrap with these and the tube finally stays secure through a full workout—the grip is noticeably better than the plain straps I was using. The extra cushioning also makes the whole setup feel less pinchy under pressure.
It’s rare that a tube strap stays put overnight for me, but with two wraps of this gauze my CPAP line barely shifts even when I roll over. The grip is noticeably better and the extra layer cushions against the mask edges without adding bulk. Six rolls should last me a good few months.
