I was skeptical about the strap staying in place, but it really does return to its original size after each use, so it’s snug every time without being too tight. The added grip at the back of the glans makes a noticeable difference in comfort, especially during longer sessions.
The three-finger opening makes it super easy to position correctly behind the glans, and the strap sits snugly right on top without any sliding. I’ve worn it for a few hours and it’s comfortable enough that I almost forget it’s there, plus it snaps right back to its original size after I take it off
