The rubber is firm enough to hold position without slipping, yet it doesn’t dig into the skin even after a 20-minute session. Feels much more secure than the original strap that came with the device, and it hasn’t stretched out of shape so far.

Replacement strap came quickly and fits the traction device perfectly, no slippage issues even during longer sessions. The rubber has just enough grip behind the glans to feel secure without digging in, which was my main worry. Solid buy.

The rubber is just firm enough that I don't have to fiddle with it every session, and the loop holds its position behind the glans without slipping. Took me a couple tries to get the tension right, but once it's on, it stays put for the whole 30 minutes.
